Our services provide devotees with sacred temple information, daily Panchangam calculations, live/scheduled stotrams, Navaratri alankarams, festival announcements, and virtual puja experiences.

2 Information We Collect & Why

We believe in minimal data collection. Here is what is accessed or stored:

• Device Preferences (Stored Locally On Device): Your selected language (Telugu / English), theme preference (Daylight Light / Sandalwood Dark), sound effects toggles, and legal acceptance timestamp. These never leave your device.
• Push Notification Token (Firebase Cloud Messaging): An anonymous device token generated by Google Firebase to send you temple announcements, daily Panchangam alerts, and festival reminders. No personally identifiable information is linked with this token.
• Temple Administrator Credentials: Authorized temple committee members who sign into the Admin portal provide an email and password via Firebase Authentication to publish temple updates and gallery photos. Regular devotees browse without creating an account.

3 Permissions Requested

The following permissions are used:

• INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required to load live temple announcements, stotram audio, and sacred gallery photos from Google Firebase Firestore and Cloud Storage.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Allows notifications of daily temple timings, auspicious muhurthams, and special puja schedules. You can toggle this permission on or off in your phone settings at any time.

4 Third-Party Services & Security

We utilize trusted industry-standard infrastructure provided by Google:

• Google Play Services: Core integrity and security.
• Google Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Authentication): High-security encrypted database and notification infrastructure hosted by Google LLC. All network communication occurs strictly over HTTPS/TLS encryption.

5 Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Our services are designed for devotees of all ages, including families. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe any personal data was inadvertently submitted, please contact us immediately, and we will delete it promptly.

6 Data Retention & Deletion Rights

Regular users can reset all stored preferences (language, theme, local cache) at any time by simply clearing the app cache/storage in device settings or uninstalling the app.

If you are an administrator and wish to delete your admin authentication account, you may request account deletion at any time.
